The new Head-Quarter is located between a quarter, which is still in the development phase as well as the highway. The design communicates with these two conflictual structures. The north facade, facing the highway is designed as a closed, curved aluminium facade while the ones towards the emerging quarter are glazed room high.
The aluminium facade deduces the wing span structure from the aircraft. The glass facade takes up this materiality in the aluminium blinds, which divide the building horizontally.

The new administration building welcomes incoming guests and employees with a central entrance hall. The freely placed staircases connect the conference and office areas as well as the managing board, which can be reached directly and conveniently via the underground parking garage.

The grid of the building shows a high flexibility of room sizes. The rooms are divided into single as well as team offices, including open space arrangement possibilities. The office blocks have miscellaneous zones with different uses. Storage, meeting areas and lounge areas can be arranged here. The building is optimized for energy efficiency due to it’s structure, covered patios, the ratio of transparent and closed areas and the construction quality.
